If this veiled chameleon lived in my guest room instead of the RainForest Adventures Discovery Zoo in Tennessee, he'd probably change colors this week! We're replacing the dingy cream carpet with beautiful laminate wood panels.
EDIT: The Winter 2012 Snowflake Blog Hop Linky may be closed, but don't let that stop you from blogging about snow and sharing it by commenting on this post. Or you can drift over to my current blog hop for a new theme. For my seasonal hop this winter, I challenge my fellow bloggers to bundle up and play in the snow. You can paint, craft or bake new creations to share, or feature your favorite snowflake-inspired items by other artists. It is entirely up to you how you wish to celebrate the chilly theme; just have fun floating about! This linky party will keep flurrying until melted by another challenge near the spring equinox, so you have plenty of time to participate. ReplyDeleteI had a chameleon just like this one, a Yemens one. She was gorgeous. I miss her so much - when she saw my husband she would turn black and nip at him ;) Ha ha ha!

ReplyDeleteThat is a great shot, taking pictures of animals can be tricky business, I know that for a fact. Yet this shot is very good.

That's a cool animal. Are you in Tennessee? I'm in this state, but I never heard of a rain forest museum in TN. What city?

ReplyDeleteI love Chameleons, they are so fascinating to me, I have wondered if they can turn black? Love to watch them change colors, one of Gods entertainments for our eyes!!!
