WW: Fairy Garden Fence After First Snow

Green Marble Macro Photo

Snow Garden Fence Photo

"The first fall of snow is not only an event, it is a magical event. You go to bed in one kind of a world and wake up in another quite different, and if this is not enchantment then where is it to be found?"
- J. B. Priestley

Southern Delaware's fairy first few inches of snow of 2014 melted away over the weekend - but brrr, the temperature is even colder now! Everyone stay safe and warm during the wacky winter weather.

  11. We never get snow here along the Gulf Coast. My husband loves the hot weather. He always tells people, "You never have to shovel heat." But there is something else wonderful and beautiful about snow that you don't get with heat either.

Here's my Wordless Wednesday: Cold! Hope you will stop by!

  18. Wow, looks like y'all got quite a bit of snow. We got some, but nothing like this. These frigid temperatures we have been having all week are old and I'm ready for a warm up. Hopefully today's temperatures will finally break the freezing mark. Let's keep our fingers crossed, shall we? Keep warm, my friend and happy WW!

Giveaway: Clear Quartz Dagger Earrings by WireQueen

EDIT: Giveaway is officially over! Congratulations to the randomly chosen 108th commenter, Andalene! Accessorize an outfit and rejuvenate your spirit at the same time! Michelle of WireQueen is bequeathing a beautiful pair of clear quartz earrings to one of my readers. The design is named "Midwife Healer" in honor of the midwife that delivered her second daughter. The four sided dagger beads are different lengths and embraced by sterling silver wrap with surgical steel earwires. She has already cleared the crystals, but if you ever need to recharge or remove unwanted energy, simply place in a window that is beaming with sunlight. Michelle believes that the Creator gave to all things a purpose, including gemstones. She covers as little of the "face" of the stone as possible, but still secures it safely in its setting. She has customers who are still wearing creations that are over 10 years old! She's been selling jewelry offline for years, but only recently began...
