WW: Super Moon Through Tree

Super Full Moon Photo

"Wine and cheese are ageless companions, like aspirin and aches, or June and moon, or good people and noble ventures."
- M. F. K. Fisher

Last weekend I went on a mini-vacay to the WV mountains with a few fellow belly dancers and was able to enjoy wine, cheese and the June Supermoon! And the company of good people on a noble venture to relax, of course.

Flutter to my Wordless Wednesday Directory for a list of blogs that regularly host WW Linky Parties. Grab my button as a reminder to return next week for more photography fun!

  4. Ooooooh (rhymes with shoe) that moon is way ominous and a bit spooky; a good spooky, similar to fun Halloween as opposed to scary Halloween.

  21. That photo makes me ache for autumn, my favorite season. For some reason, the moon through dark trees always reminds me of a crisp autumn evening.

  22. I can't believe that I didn't look at the night that it was the brightest...I saw it the night before :(

Giveaway: Clear Quartz Dagger Earrings by WireQueen

EDIT: Giveaway is officially over! Congratulations to the randomly chosen 108th commenter, Andalene! Accessorize an outfit and rejuvenate your spirit at the same time! Michelle of WireQueen is bequeathing a beautiful pair of clear quartz earrings to one of my readers. The design is named "Midwife Healer" in honor of the midwife that delivered her second daughter. The four sided dagger beads are different lengths and embraced by sterling silver wrap with surgical steel earwires. She has already cleared the crystals, but if you ever need to recharge or remove unwanted energy, simply place in a window that is beaming with sunlight. Michelle believes that the Creator gave to all things a purpose, including gemstones. She covers as little of the "face" of the stone as possible, but still secures it safely in its setting. She has customers who are still wearing creations that are over 10 years old! She's been selling jewelry offline for years, but only recently began...
