The steampunk queen of The Grand Design has pulled out her pliers and twisted together a captivating collection of handmade treasures. The gears include my Tina fairy magnet, a re-enchanted apothecary bottle, Alice in Wonderland caterpillar sculpture, daisy ankle corsets, clockwork octopus cuff links and other unique art available on Etsy.
EDIT: The Winter 2012 Snowflake Blog Hop Linky may be closed, but don't let that stop you from blogging about snow and sharing it by commenting on this post. Or you can drift over to my current blog hop for a new theme. For my seasonal hop this winter, I challenge my fellow bloggers to bundle up and play in the snow. You can paint, craft or bake new creations to share, or feature your favorite snowflake-inspired items by other artists. It is entirely up to you how you wish to celebrate the chilly theme; just have fun floating about! This linky party will keep flurrying until melted by another challenge near the spring equinox, so you have plenty of time to participate. This is a really interesting collection in that it combines steampunk (which I usually associate with machines) with fantasy wonder! The theme works together well (and your magnet looks so cute on the page! She really stands out <3)
