Check me.

I haven't had to order checks in ages. Several years ago, I giddily ordered the cutest Strawberry Shortcake checks and matching address labels. And a few months after that, I had to shred said cute checks, thanks to my bank being devoured by a bigger bank and issuing me new numbers. So I just pouted and used their terribly boring (but free) replacements instead. Since I rarely write checks anymore, it seemed like they would never run out and give me a good excuse to buy pretty ones ever again. But after paying for my last hip hop exercise class pack, I was excited to discover I'm finally on the last stack. I searched and found this website that offers cheap checks . And lucky me, the 80's-style Strawberry Shortcake designs are still available. But then a link for fairy checks caught my eye. Two of my favorite fantasy artists, Jasmine Beckett-Griffith and Amy Brown, have their work licensed out as check designs. Wouldn't it be splendid to have my own art on my own chec...

Oh Sunny Day Treasury

It may be a dreary, rainy day in Delaware, but not on Etsy! My Sunset unicorn bookmark is featured in a brilliant EtsyTwitter team treasury, chosen by award winning glass artist Susan of My Sassy Glass . *cartwheels* Put on your sunglasses and bask in this bright collection before it sets Sunday, March 14th at 1:48 pm. PS: If the treasury expires before you're able to view it and you want to see a featured item, add ".etsy.com" after the username (they're on the second line under the picture, left of the price - and if they're hard to read, right click on the image so you can view it full size) and you'll be magically whisked away to their shop. For example, you'd type my username, "aquariann," then ".etsy.com" and abra ca dabra: aquariann.etsy.com
